This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be requested and cancellations handled for digital products and services offered by BeMarketing Coaches (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website or related platforms. By purchasing our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.


1. Scope


1.1 This Policy applies to all paid products and services made available on or through our website, landing pages, or other sales channels where this Policy is referenced or accessible.


1.2 The services we offer include digital coaching programs, educational resources, and other intangible services that may be delivered through online access or download.


2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Every request or demand for a refund by the Client will only be considered by BeMarketing Coaches if the Client demonstrates strict adherence to the program expectations and implementation steps outlined at the start of the engagement. The Client is precluded from requesting a refund after the conclusion of the mentorship period.

2.2 The SOP outlines specific action steps (“action items”) and milestone markers (“activation points”) which the client is expected to complete in full. Failure to meet these steps or deviation from the SOP forfeits any eligibility for refund consideration.

2.3 Clients are required to maintain records (e.g., screenshots, submissions, documentation) of their work throughout the program to demonstrate adherence. BeMarketing Coaches may request this documentation if a refund is formally evaluated.

2.4 No refund will be reviewed or considered once the mentorship period has ended.

2.5 The Company retains full discretion to approve or deny any refund request. Lack of results does not qualify as grounds for refund unless SOP compliance is fully demonstrated.


3. Processing of Refunds


3.1 If the refund is approved, it will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval.


3.2 Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3.3 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s bank, financial institution, or payment gateway provider during the refund process.


4. Cancellations


4.1 Due to the nature of our digital products and immediate access to content, cancellations after payment and delivery of access are not permitted.


4.2 In the event of duplicate payments or erroneous transactions, customers must notify us in writing at [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction. Upon verification, any duplicate charges will be reversed.


4.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if any misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions is suspected.


5. Amendments


5.1 We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
